David F. Link
President and Chief Executive Officer

David Link is the president and CEO of ScienceLogic, LLC and an IT visionary. He founded and built ScienceLogic by identifying large emerging markets, gaining intimate knowledge of customer IT problems, challenging conventional wisdom and bringing targeted, innovative products to market. At ScienceLogic, his market knowledge and customer focus has led the EM7 IT Management System to dramatically exceed the needs and expectations of clients.

Prior to founding ScienceLogic in 2003, Link was senior vice president and a corporate officer at Interliant, Inc., where he lead the establishment of Interliant's strong presence in the ASP/MSP market. He previously held senior management positions within IBM's Software Division leading the development of Internet commerce products. Link also spent nine years in IT solutions with CompuServe, building innovative global online communication solutions while establishing the market for business and consumer online services.

Christopher G. Cordray
Chief Technology Officer

Christopher Cordray, a ScienceLogic founder and the principal software architect behind the EM7 IT Management System, is a network and enterprise management technologist who has served the information technology industry for more than fifteen years. Passionate about improving IT operations and application efficiency, Cordray architected and developed various commercial and custom solutions for both Verizon Global Networks and Interliant, Inc.

Establishing a strong career in network architecture and technology-related operations and management systems, Cordray also spearheaded the development and engineering efforts for Edison International's Mission Energy group, architecting and orchestrating a multi-million dollar network operation center. Cordray has held network and enterprise management positions with MicroAge Integration Group, and as an independent consultant, has served various government and private sector customers in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Richard M. Chart
Chief Operating Officer

Richard Chart brings nearly 20 years of systems engineering, software development and technology operations experience to ScienceLogic. Chart's passion and engineering drive has made the EM7 IT Management System the enabler for bringing dial-tone availability levels to the digital dial tone of the enterprise. Prior to founding ScienceLogic, Chart served as director of system engineering at Interliant Inc., responsible for platform architectures used in the global delivery of Interliant's suite of scalable ASP services.

Chart established a strong track record in project management and service delivery as Development Manager at Telstra Multimedia, where he led the engineering of Telstra's intranet and extranet product offerings. Before joining Telstra, Chart cut his teeth in data services software development with AT&T Bell Laboratories, delivering breakthrough traffic measurement solutions. Chart holds a BSc in Computer Science from Portsmouth University in the United Kingdom.
