What new features of version 4.0 do you think customers will enjoy the most?
"The new Knowledge Base feature. For years, I've been doing what our customers do every day without something like this, and the result is a big collection of information in manuals, guides and even notes spread out between my computer, desktop and filing cabinet. Knowledge Base helps me organize all of that information in one centralized location within EM7 where I can do a quick search to get to the information that helps me do my job."

What is the biggest difference between versions 3.3 and 4.0?
"Definitely the usability. Things are reorganized. There is a more logical layout, and the EM7 appliance guides you where you need to go next."
